I see you got some really good answers already and not sure this will help, but a friend of mine is Bipolar and she is apart of a group that does a lot of different things together and apart. Her therapist got her in touch so maybe you can ask you doctor about some groups if you like being around other people.

They even help other bipolar people who have just been diagnosed and learning to deal with the disease. I think this helped save her life and got her out of the house away from her parents that bugged her all the time and watched her like she was 10 months pregnant. She gained a lot of self-esteem and confidence from the experiences also.

I wish you the best. Also if you haven't done so, you might take some time and research your condition. I try to learn as much as I can about my disabilities and it has helped me tremendously, especially with the mental problems. I now understand that it isn't just me, but my body and system being out of whack. Knowledge is power, and no one can take that away from you...ever!

God Bless...I wish you the best!

I have a relative who's in the same boat for the past 10-15 years I think it's been that long. She's married and spends a lot of her time on social groups online and meeting people who share her religious beleifs. She's also into paganism. And she does clean her house, she calls herself a housewife, watches tv, mostly at night, since she's a bit of a night owl and she's volunteered for an online witch school.

I'm not suggesting getting into witchcraft or paganism if that's not your thing but think of something you really like and go from there even if what you mostly do is online and you can also do some volunteering.

My son is like this...and he can keep himself busy all day...I don't know where he gets all the energy...he loves to fish, go to the library and check out books and movies...go to the show...go to the mall...
he loves making models of old air planes...
he can take "anything" apart that is broken and fix it...he is truly remarkable..
