Why do people hate black people?

My parents were educated. My mom is studying law and my dad graduated from business and administration. It shows that black people are capable of doing everything. My parents have learned to adapt to live in Europe since they moved here. I was brought up here and they lived in harmony and peacefully. My parents are people from respect and they are not 'monkey's' or 'n**gers' like most of you claim.

Us black people are just like everyone else. We have feelings too. We love others, well some of us do and we respect everyone else. I don't have any problems with other people, i like them for the inside or i dislike them because of who they are inside. So what's with the mean names and all of that? Were you guys brainwashed by Hitler? I don't know which planet most of you guys live on.

I wonder why some people hate black people. Oh yeah and don't even bother starting on me because you haven't seen what i am capable of yet.

Why not try hating the inside instead of the outside!

I changed my name because i know i would get stupid responses for my name. I don't live in ghetto but i think it just matches my way of thinking. People living in ghetto's aren't necessarily bad.

No disrespect to the person asking this question but seriously--questions like these open the door for mean, racist, and quite frankly stupid answers. Seriously, did you think people were going to be nice or have intelligent answers for you?

Why do people hate? Sometimes people don't have a reason...sometimes it's b/c of fear...sometimes it's b/c you see something in that person that you don't like about yourself...sometimes it's ignorace...lack of knowledge.

You do yourself a disservice though when you waste your time, energy, and thinking to hate someone. And don't tell me it's not true. B/c when you hate someone you think about them. How assanine is that?

For me---I love people...it makes my world a better place. And really that's all I'm concerned with.

I think all think all this racist talk makes me sick. I am not racist, I am a pretty peach color (white). I look at how a person lives not at the color of a person. I have met nasty white, spanish, and black people. But at the same time some of the nicest people I have known were black or spanish. I have been stabbed in the back by people of many colors. I know nice respectable upstanding black and spanish people. I admire the black and spanish culture, they are more family oriented than white people. White people are just striving for themselves. Look we all bleed red and should really come together as a community to rebuild what part of our community that has been broken. In reality if you have been here in the US and your family owned slaves you definitely have Black in your genes somewhere. The same goes for everyone else. Have you noticed that in other countries people have traditions, and strong communities. They are not worried about black or white. America does not have this! But isn't that what we should be striving for. Americans are so stupid that they can not even figure out what is best for them or their country. If we all came together as a community, then all the statistics that Ralph put out would be broken, and Strong Ties would replace them.

All i can say, ive been in USA and in south america, I dont want to sound racist. There's so much stereoytping and racism here thou in USA. I can't help but wonder how beautiful was back in my country, we were white black chinese brown purple and never really noticed our skin differences, we were just saying things like "hehe youre darker man" "you look like youre death(too white)".

I don't hate you, I love black people. But since I knew what black people meant I realized that they tend to be funny, look cool, tall and hella good friends. I don't hate you , sometimes I envy you.

And try to avoid this posts, plz. There's always people like those KKK guys, which I believe is a dude with 300 accounts saying the crap over and over again all day. And most of them tend to be racist against the extreme appereance of human beings. Theres brown ppl hating only white people and not muslims, but just white white white people. Theres kkk guys hating black people. But few has organizations against latinos, or muslims or japaneses etc...

Just avoid these guys, I've read this crap since 30 min ago and Ill stop. I can't believe theres still ppl like this, theyre the apes having this way of thinking cuz none of the way they think is making their life any better.

If only the whole world would think like south america and france. /sighs

I know how you feel. I'm an educated black man and had to move to a city where minorities are respected like AMERICANS. I'm in Atlanta.

I just can't understand why whites still generalize and say racist stuff in 2007. its crazy! its not the beginning of the civil rights movement, its 2007! Blacks have rights because they are humans. We do read and go to college! We do serve this stupid country (my dad was a career soldier in the Army), we pay taxes, and we want our families to have a nice home to live.

how are little white boys and girls still growing up ignorant and generalizing people with a different skin color??!! What is going on with the EDUCATION system in this country?

it works both ways. why do blacks hate whites.it isn't a once sided deal. alot of people are brought up that way to be racist and nothing will change them. i agree though you need to give someone a chance and judge them from within and not the color of the skin, but this will never happen. too many racists out here.

that is a very good question. i think it is because some people are afraid of things or other people who are different from them. Why do you think there is so much publicity about supernatural things. And just like you stated about the Holocaust; Hitler killed those innocent people because they were different from him. That is unjust. i think that just because of someones ethnicity or religion they shouldn't be treated badly. and when people say you people, it is very offensive just like when you call someone a name. All the people who just responded to your question negatively should all ROT IN HELL!!! people need to look past the physical attributes and see people as they really are. THEMSELVES!

respectful people dont hate respectful people, its equal opportunity to all, its the ones with tunnel vison and refuse to understand that everyone is equal, unfortunately it seems like u have come across way to many of those people, people hate and are scared of things that are different to them so u dont worry about those people ur better than that and theres alot of them out there on all sides and races but also remember there are plenty of them who are not like that either, i jus hope from now on u encounter of the better kind of people than the hateful one goodluck
