I wouldn't classify Kansas - Dust in the Wind as an easy love song. I'm not even sure "Wish you were here" is a love song, but it's fairly easy except for the intro parts that require some practice to pick correctly.
I think the easiest are The Beatles and The Eagles. The first song I ever learned was "Peaceful Easy Feeling" by the Eagles. If you need chords, go to this link below...
