No, blame rules. Yahoo! has foolishly tried to apply rules to their platform, and doesn't realize that they OWE you a place to practice you free speech and should let you post whatever you want whether you deserve it or not.
For some reason they want people to treat each other politely. They seem to have this strange idea that they will lose money if Yahoo! Answers degenerates into insults, lies, rumors, rudeness, sedition, etc.
