After 13 years you both probably need some change. But the question is this Are you BOTH willing to give in to each others needs? If you are seriously asking the world this question then you haven't talked to the people closest to you. Number 1 your husband. You may leave and then find out that the grass is not greener on the other side then it will be to late for either of you to change. Go to him with an open heart pour it out to him then make your decision based on his response.

Why does he need to change?
Maybe the problem is YOU.
Did it ever occur to you that maybe he says I'll change to shut you up.
Do him a favor and leave. Understand though that men over 30 are pretty set in their ways and really are not going to be molded to your view of whatever.
The chances are quite good that you will end up alone.

Depends on what change you expect as there is such a thing as compromise. If it's because of the toothpaste being squeezed wrong or not putting laundry in the hamper if you want it you can compromise. If it is on more serious issues then you have to rethink all your options.

depending upon what it is he is supposed to be changing....
if it is something major, such as abuse, cheating, drugs or the like, then I say you should have left years ago.
if it is something trivial, like passing gas in front of your mother, or teaching the kids to do rude things, well, get over it.
it just depends upon what you want changed. Men are just children in grown up bodies. Gotta love 'em, but can't change 'em.

People don't really change. Have you tried accepting him as he is? See others as a mirror of what you like and don't like about yourself. Change you and you will change him.

Probably time to leave. People can change, but only if they really want to.

I would VERY seriously consider it if I were you, maybe you should think about a trial separation.
