Will there be a Nintendo event any time soon that will get you an old sea map?

Question

I would like an old sea map for a mew and the only way I have heard of to do that is a old sea map. I would really like a mew. Also how can i get a Ho-oh and Lugia, how do I get those in any pokemon game except gold, siliver, or cristle. If you have one to spare of any of the pokemon I listed I have a Pokemon Dimond and I can trade that way, if you do please e-mail me at [e-mail] I really really want these pokemon.

I don't think there will an event to get mew, the most likely events you will see will be to get darkai, shaymin, and arceus.
You can get Ho-oh from Pokemon Colosseum by snagging all the pokemons and trading it to your gba games. Also you can get Entei, Suicine, and Raikou
Lugia is found in Pokemon XD.
