Vapor or 'frost' on the inside almost always means your heater core is leaking. Coolant is vaporizing in the passenger compartment and condensing/freezing on the inside of your windows. Replacement isn't easy, even for a fairly skilled 'doityourselfer'. Take it to a radiator shop or repair service and have the core replaced.

Is it actually frost? Or dew? If its frost the somewhere within the car you have excessive moisture...wet carpet or the liner under the carpet. If it is dew and occurs while you are driving with the heat on...then you more than likely have the heater control set to recirculate...causing the windows to fog up.

Leave the air on recirc. That way any moisture inside will freeze slower than the outside air. Recirc basically closes the car to outside air. Try it and see.
