Obi Wan with an amazing single strike blow that also cut of both of Anakin's legs at the same time. He warned Anakin that he had the high ground and during Anakin's flip Obi Wan cuts off three limbs with one strike. The interesting part is that Anakin would have had his light saber in the other hand Obi Wan did not cut off. That was cut off in the last movie by Count Dooku, but you specifically asked about movie 3.

Count Dooku cut off one of Anakin's arms in ep 2. The second could have burned off in the lava because Obi Wan only cut off Anakin's legs.

in episode 3 it was hard to see but when anakin jumped and obi cut off his legs he also got his other arm. if you stop frame the movie and go one frame at a time you can see it. that is why after he landed he was just a torso.

He fought with Count Dooku and lost it in episode II. In episode III, he lost his arms and legs and the perpetrator was OB1.
