I can't blame Paris for trying to get out----most of us would seize that opportunity--if you had the influence with this judge what would you like him to do? Some have suggested that sheriff that got her under house arrest be brought to justice since he over stepped him bounds----------The way I see it-------her attorney was a key player in making this happen---------I think he should be held to a high level of accountibility in this issue since it is his job to know that law-------the judge clearly set parameters for her case knowing tricks might be tried---------if anyone should be able to understand the court orders----shouldn't lt that be the defense attorneys???

Paris Hilton has now stated she has found God-----I wish to give her the benefit of the doubt and welcome her as a sister. I still feel her attorney does need to be reprimanded for his actions however.

Bam all press from the facility. Impose a total information blackout on what is happening with her.

I would want him to establish his and the authority of the court system over the jail system. I would want to find out why and under what authority the sheriff usurped the power of the court and directly released her to home confinement when it was specified by Judge Sauer that she NOT serve her time at home. I would want to find out why, if the sheriff thought release was in her best interest for medical reasons, that information was not submitted to the judge for a modification of his confinement order. All of this has nothing to do with rocket science. But it does have to do with the integrity of the judicial system and the role that each plays in the system and how they execute their respective duties. As much as I dislike Paris and feel her sentence should be 45 years for stupidity and arrogance and not 45 days for violating parole, the sheriff by his actions has not done her any favors by his flaunting of higher authority. As far as her lawyer is concerned, he is just doing his legal duty which is do the very best he can for his client. If that is bringing pressure on the sheriff by her shrinks assessment then he is fulfilling that duty. The lawyer carrying out his duties does not relieve the sheriff of performing his in a responsible, ethical and legal manner.

True, but you also must remember Paris Hilton's parents made her what she is today, a spoiled brat, Paris has no respect for anyone not even the poor. Paris thinks of only one and that's herself. I don't blame the sheriff nor the attorney, it's the parents that made it happen, money talks. Paris Hilton is not above the law, and her parents must realize this. Her parents did not teach her how to behave, you cannot go into court and put your middle finger up to the judge, and say it's ok. Her mother should never have talked back to the judge, what an example her mother made.

Some people think they are above the law. Im sure Paris knew what her court orders said but figured since she was having "a mental breakdown" she could get out of it (with help from lawyers and psychiatrists.)

She isn't any better than anyone, so I'd just ask him to treat her just like the other inmates...No hair extentions and no special treatment of any kind. Breaking the law is breaking the law. The same rules should apply. I love Paris to death. I watch her all the time, but she needs a reality check...other than the simple life.

Are you crazy??
Paris Hilton belongs in jail!!!
Death is too good for Paris. She'd probably party with the devil. Id tell the judge to make her shave off all her hair and legaly change her name to "Paris Imaslut Andadumass Hilton". Then hold a parade for her and make everyone shout out FREAK!

You are not going to like this but Miss Hilton needs to spend some time, (not a day, more like 45) in jail. This should teach her that money doesn't buy everything, and she needs to be responsible for her actions.

No matter what is the name or position of the accused, the judge must treat her like any other person!
It is a basic requirement of the constitution of the US that all persons shall be treated equal!
It is just unacceptable that some people shall be more equal than others!

Paris should spend her time in jail with the rest of the women there!!!!

i dont think its fair that legends like Martha Stewart (white) and Micheal Jackson (turned white) are allowed their own private cells,

because if P.Diddy (black) or Master P (black) or any other legendary rapper was sent to jail, they would be right in the mix with everyone else

First making her serve her sentence is a lesson in personal responsibility she needs badly to learn.

Second why is she not in the general population? You or I would be.

Her screaming episode makes me think she has a substance abuse issue and her medical issues are really withdrawal symptoms.
