I think she has been stalked and was arrested wrongfully.
She should not be in jail at all.
She should be home with her parents to finish her sentencing.
The judge has no heart at all whether she is rich or poor.
Its not like she went out and harm anyone.
She was at a charity events when all this bull took place anyway.
Only lesson she needs to learn is to hire a driver for all events.

she is like a spoiled child wailing over the loss of a shiny bauble. would she crying if she had killed or hurt someone while driving drunk? just because you have money doesn't mean you can just run off to rehab and not go to jail. so she got a rash. big deal. there is an infirmary at the jail or within the system. i don't pity her at all. i pity her parents who just don't see that justice applies to both the haves and have nots. ( unless you are an illegal immigrant in which case ted kennedy will take up valuable congressional time to pardon you)

I really do pity her, I think society as a whole has a tendency to concentrate on the little things in life that they envy the most. In her case she is successful, rich, beautiful, talanted, very popular and as with everyone else, you could go on all day talking about her good points and good qualities. However in reality we deal with a very sick media composed of blood thirst sharks that strive on ignoring the 99% of good qualities and deeds and satisfy their egos and paychecks on digging up the worst possible things about people. Would you believe these same sharks had the odasidy to mock and cut down the same breed of sharks that were hounding Prince Diana (rest her soul) before her tragedy.
Lets compare the Paris situation to other offenses and crimes that other people commit. How many drug users get probation, how many people committing assult cases in which other people were injured are released from jail. The over-growding of the jails is a serious problem so the law often lets the less serious offenders that are not a threat to society out. What is so special about Paris, she is confined to a special area, her home, and can't wonder around free. Its like house arrest. The do it for mophia leaders, congressman, and others, why not Paris. Maybe the judge needs popular public support. Is he by chance running for some other office or what? Why did he put all the stipulations on her situation and not the more hardened criminals. One thing we don't have in our legal system is continuity in application of policy (a pet peeve of mine). How many crimes are committed by second and third time offenders? I'm talking serious crimes like robery, rape, kidnapping, child molistation, drugs, etc. Its proven beyond a doubt that incarcination does more harm than good. What do you expect when you are in an environment surrounded by the non-desirables of society. So she was drinking and driving, whay not take her license away and fine her or require that she have a driver whenever she travels. Thats reasonable.
Now lets compare the contributions these other criminals put back into society. I would imagine that the taxes Paris pays more than covers the salaries of a few dozen judges and others. Her contributions to the non-profit organizations is more than most of us make. I need not continue with what the other criminals contribute to society compared to Paris.
Paris faced her wrong doing, accepted the sentance, reported into jail, was let out by a law representative, thats the breaks. I'm sure she has learned her lesson. If the judge wants to call her back, she did no wrong, they need to address the problem with the law representative that let her out, not Paris. This is unfair and its unfair that the public few
who need so much attention, are trying to use Paris as a scape goat.
Would the same thing have happened to a single parent raising two kids making a minumum wage? I think not
Punishment is not supposed to be based on your wealth, popularity, and success. Its supposed to be based on the crime or offense committed. Paris has more than paid her price. I solute her for putting up with all this BS. It wasen't her habit that caused her to drink, it was all the unwarranted social pressure put on her by the sharks and the unfair legal system.
To Paris, hold in their girl, keep that beautiful chin high, you're a better person, a lot of people look up to you, don't let them down.

If Martha Stewart can spend time in jail and come out sane I don't see why Paris cant unless she thinks she is something special after all she did commit the crime and should have to serve the appropriate sentence any thing else is favoritism.

NO I DO NOT PITY some rich girl who only has to spend one and a half months behind bars. There are girls who have done less and do more time then this......SHE IS GETTING WHAT SHE DESERVES.......and the medical problem was that she couldn't eat the food....poor her, no caviar or prime rib I guess......poor Paris has to eat horrible bologna sandwhiches....I think I would die ( ha,ha,ha,ha,ha)....I know the food is bad, I have been there. but you have to do what you have to to survive.....i wonder what the other inmates are feeling about this...less important......

She has made a life of doing as she pleased, when she pleased, and how she pleased. That lifestyle leads to problems for her as well as those around her. She needs to grow up and accept responsibility for her actions. Sometimes reality has to hit a person up side of the head to get their attention. Hopefully this experience will teach her a few lessons abut real life.
