First place to look is the fuel filter, and the lines in and out.

Safety first- Have you local dodge dealer check this.They can check the fuel system find the problem and fix it. If they are some type of fuel leak there could be a fire in the future.

Try fuel leaks. Old Carburator engines evaporate fuel like crazy.

check the charcoal canister and the related emission lines.may have a leak there.check for fuel leaks too.
since you have FUEL INJECTION and OBD II you don't have to worry about your carb leaking.ain't got one.
