Stush has got a good answer. Don't try sandpaper or solvents. I got rid of some overspray with a clay bar, these come with a water-based lubricant. Follow the directions on the pack and if you drop the bar, you have to throw it away as it will pick up grit unless of course it falls on a clean drop cloth.

DO NOT SAND ANYTHING. Since you have paint on the windows test whatever solvent you are considering there first to see how it affects the spray paint. Cloth rags are important, do not use any solvent on plastic lights as it can melt them. Your best bet is to go to an auto shop that paints cars and get their opinion. Don't use gasoline turpentine or lacquer thinner is a better choice also wear gloves

orange rubbing compound will take it off slowly if rubbed by hand. Laquer Thinner might dammage the paint below the spray paint. Haven't herd of masking tape and news paper? Even crisco shorting makes a good paint masking substance. It washes off with soap and water.

Try WD-40. It will not harm the original paint. Do not use mineral spirits, this may take off the other paint. Do not sand it off, this will ruin the clear coat. If WD-40 does not work, try bug and tar remover.

Try using mineral spirits (hardware or paint store). Use an old t-shirt and lots of elbow grease.

Use that superfine sandpaper that is for polishing and buffing cars. It won't take off the original paint.

an automotive detailing clay bar should do the trick like the one below. Claybars almost always do the trick and safely. DO NOT USE SAND PAPER like someone told you too this will ruin the clear coat.
