Can i buy a Z71 package buy its self after i own the truck?

i have a 2007 Colorao and i want to put a lift on it, so i was wandering if i could get just that package , but if not what is a good budget suspension lift for it.

They are no Z71 colorado trucks.The Z71 is a full size chevy.This means they are no package to buy.

AND.. if they made parts LIKE the Z71 package, and you could get all the parts to make a factory Z71 option, you'd spend about 400% more than if you went aftermarket.
