So the correct answers to your questions are yes and yes.
Now, are you actually asking whether or not anyone has ever been abducted, or whether there are "aliens" amongst us?
It is highly doubtful that anyone has ever been abducted.
Over the past 100 years we have searched the sky fairly well, although the universe is a really big place.
We have seen no evidence of other life forms at all.
We have evidence of fairly complex organic molecules that drift between the stars...that's interesting all by itself.
However, there are no "contrails" from rocket blasts or radio waves or signals that we've discovered yet.
Doesn't mean there are not aliens, just not very obvious ones.
There is no "economic" case to be made for travel between star systems.
If you had the technology to travel to another star system, you'd also have the technology to fabricate anything you desire, and so would have no "economic reason" to travel between systems.

To be honest, I will believe it when it happens to me. I do not discount it, for it seems a lot of people are reporting being abducted, but I shall remain skeptical. Maybe these people who say there getting abducted just like to be anally probed, lol.
