If all things are relatively equal, I would pick the company that has the culture that's most aligned with your own beliefs. Who seems to value their customers & employees? Do either seem like they're just out to make a buck without regard to employee or customer satisfaction. Is it a cut throat & competitive environment or is there a sense of collaboration? Does management promote from within or have to look outside for tallent? Money & title are nice, but I think its the "soft" things that make us happy & make us stay at one employer.

Good luck!

The question is as with all jobs how happy are you with your present employer. If they are a good employer and follow through with what they say then you have to decide where will you be happier. That is the key to a satisfying career, being or I should say enjoying what you do, and those you work with. I know not much of an answer, but only you can make this decision.

Any company who is willing to work with you to get to the "next level" is decent. It really all depends on how well you like your job, how well you like the people you are/will be working with, how much your pay is, and which one will take you closer to your ideal career choice? I can't really give you any pros or cons because you didn't say what your job currently is (other than retail manager) and what your next job may be.
