Hair...It depends on your facial features but side bangs and short hair is cute!

You should deffinitly go to Aeropostale...they have really cute things there, and for hair styles try getting it shoulder length, layered, with side bangs.

Go preppy, bright colored, or surfer! For the hair......maybe get it thinned (ask stylit) and get Frizz ease.
