I bought a new computer with windows vista and when I hook up to my verizon wireless modem it stays on for maybe ten minutes then as I am surfing it will take a long time to load a page, and a message will come up saying it cannot load the page or some crap. I dont think its my modem because my other computer stays online the whole time, no problems. Even when the vista computer is not "online" it is connected to the internet. I have turned the power options so it wont turn off wireless, and there is no timer on the wireless as far as I know. anyway, any help would be much appreciated. thanks.

Windows VISTA Is A Very New Operating System, And As Such It May Still Have A Few Bugs. I'm Told, Security Is A BIG Issue With This Release. So VISTA May Be Experiencing Security Problems With Your Connection And Is Shutting It Down To Protect Your System. Contact Microsoft And Be Sure To Have The Complete Message That You Are Getting. GOOD LUCK!!
