I'm sorry but they say two wrongs don't make it right but it does make you fell a hell of a lot better, my husband is in jail for 5 years (out 2009, most likely 2008) but he cheated on me before he went to jail, even though he thinks i don't know but he' s in jail now for some other bit@@ so i say wtf, hay if you weren't doing wrong you wouldn't be in this situation in the first place. so i have no regrets about anything that has happened since he's been in jail.

what's the point of cheating if u ain't gonna tell him about it???? 2nd, his dirt is still gonna be more dirtier then what ur tryna do cause u were pregnant and someone threatened the life of ur child cause of his sorry asssss!!!!
What u need to do is leave him or tell him u want time apart while he in there.. tell him u need time to think and then do u if u can handle it.... that way ur being honest and doing u at the same time... That will make u 1 Classy B#$%#

Cheating is cheating no matter what the circumstances are. If you want some affection from someone else let the person in jail know you want to break up etc.

no.
you should divorce him.
then go get another man because if he has cheated, gone to jail, and left you pregnant... plus if there's a lunatic ex going after your child... time for a divorce girlfriend. if hes a mf 13ich then you become a mf 13ich and stick his azz in a court. and proudly say you want a divorce. you can catch a better guy. nobody deserves a con.

Of course you can cheat on him, but why would you? Divorce him. Your payback will be a better life for yourself and your son.

Um, two wrongs don't make right...If you're thinking about cheating on him, you might as well break up with him while he's in jail...If you can't trust him, you should move on to someone better who has no drama in their life...BTW, has something been done about this ex who threatened to kill your son?

Cheating is cheating no matter on who's part it is. If you have a clear conscious then why do it, keep yourself real... but then again if you are asking if it is ok to cheat then you could not be clear headed. You have to be able to sleep at night. Is it ok with you?

no its not OK. you are sinking to his level. dont you want to be the bigger person? if he is that horrible, serve him some divorce papers while he's at the farm instead. that's the best payback, no less then he deserves it seems.
