Brodie Croyle or Damon Huard? I think Brodie can start do you?

Croyle is the QB of the future, so they'll probably start him. He'd be a below-average QB at first, but he'd develop.

He needs to watch out, though. When Huard was starting last season, he looked mighty fine, and I think he's got a fair chance of winning the job.

Huard could make more of an impact immediately than Croyle, but Croyle is better in the long term, and will probably get the job because of it.

Its a battle between the two right now. I figure the only way Huard gets the starting job is if he's head and shoulders better than Croyle in the preseason. If they're pretty much on equal ground, I think Croyle gets the starters job to get him some game experience. Croyle looked really good at the mini camp last week. He made a few throws that would have been picked and 6, but for the most part he was accurate and showed off a strong arm.

Huard is a career back-up and Croyle will never amount to anything. Edwards is a terrible coach and the Chiefs will do no better than 7-9 this year. It is going to be a long year for the fans at Arrowhead.

huard looked good last season mostly because he is a solid backup that can manage a game. he dind't have to do much because larry johnson was running the ball about 30 times a game and doing it successfully. opposing defenses were worried about the run, not the pass. huard won't lose them a game but he won't win it for them either.

croyle is the qb of the future and if he is remotely ready to start he should because eventually they won't have larry johnson (400+ carries a season does not bode well for a long career). croyle has potential to win games for the chiefs in the future.

It's gonna be Huard to start the season. I think Kansas City owes it to him to let him start the season after filling in admirably when Trent Green was injured last season.

If Huard plays well and KC is winning, the QB situation will remain the same at least through this season. If Huard struggles and KC gets out of the gate slow, expect Herm to give the young QB a shot. It will all depend on KC's position in the race for the playoffs.

Don't get me started, we had a great QB and Herm had to go and do this, and it was Herm. Does it really matter cause all that we're going to do is hand it off to LJ. For those that don't live in KC did you know that they are talking about LJ leaving also, man I can't believe how one man can take a top ranked O and turn it into a pee-wee league team. Anyone with me?

I think this is the last year for season tickets for me :(
Bring back Dick or Marty, bring my team back to the good ol days
