There are blood tests that a fertility specialist or OBGYN can take to determine if you're ovulating based on your hormone levels. They can also tell if you're ovulating by doing an ultrasound around mid cycle.
One thing you could do is buy an ovulation predictor kit (maybe two of them) and literally start testing around Day 09 every day for the rest of your cycle (which is when your next period starts) to see if you ever get an LH surge. An LH surge happens 24-36 hours before you ovulate, so if you get a positive reading you know you're ovulating. If you test everyday until your next cycle and never get a positive you may not be ovulating, or at least you didn't ovulate that month.
Depending on finances and your health insurance situations you could try either option.
Good luck!

Get a basal body temperature thermometer. Track your temperature in the morning a the exact same time every morning (waking temperature). Start doing this after about the 6th day of your period (your period is the beginning of a new cycle). Also start monitoring your mucus. I know this sounds gross, but you might have to stick your finger up there. You will find that if you are ovulating, you will begin to have very stretchy mucus (and probably a lot of it). You would be able to stretch it between two finger about at least two inches. When you start to have this kind of mucus, look for a temperature dip. This will show you that you have ovulated because right after you ovulate your temperature dips. Then it will rise again as the eggs begin to dry up - normally it will rise again well above your normal temperature you've been taking after your period and while ovulating. It will then start to dip again when your period is about to arrive. The site I'm giving you is about NFP (natural family planning). It is used mostly by catholics, but what they say about fertility and when you ovulate is true. If you can't detect any pattern in your temperature or mucus, go see your ob/gyn. Good luck!

go to www.babyhopes.com and order a ton of ovulation test strips. pee on them ever morning starting on the 12th day of your cycle you should be able to catch your ovulation that way. Not everyone ovulates on day 14 of the cycle - every woman is different. I am going thru this same thing right now - we are ttc for the last 3 months and every month my ovulation tests come up negative, my doctor is doing some test to make sure and to find out when i am ovulating and if i am not then they will be putting me on Clomid to regulate me. Good luck to you - and me too!

Use a themometer. When your temp rises your ovaulating. Also, you can get an ovaulation test. You can buy these at some dollar trees.
If your worried that your not producing enough eggs then here is three things that I got off of another web site. People have used them to help them increase they're production of eggs so that they can have twins or triplets.
200mg of vitamin B6
1000mg of calcium supplements
and yams freshly brewed in a juicer
take all of these daily. Good luck. Hope this helps!
