I have polocystic ovarian syndrome. I stopped taking birth control for it, because I felt like it was unnesasary at my age(17). I have heard there are ways to help your period come. If anyone has suggestions please share.

I have PCOS, also. Don't worry about making your period come, just enjoy the break. Birth control or fertility drugs are about the only things that will keep you regular.

There's no way to force your uterine lining to shed, although I have heard of ways you can postpone it. If you're sexually active, take a pregnancy test. If you're really worried, call your doctor and ask if they think you should be checked out.

ok there isn't any way to make it come back that is totally normall although it may not seem so. if you take pills or anythings it is just going to mess up your body that happens to a lot of women but i tell you it is totally normall so just don't worry about it . it will come back just relax.
