I would bet she stays in jail for the full 45 days. Judge Sauer was pretty angry!
I would want betting odds, however, that Sherriff Baca pays a fine for contempt of court.

In Nevada, we call this a "no bet" on the crap tables. She pist off the judge in her case whom has his own agenda and he is not going to let her go unless she reaches room temperature and lies supine in a pine box. Whatever fictional disease she has is a legend in her own tiny mind and highly contagious as a lot of people are sick of her drama diva act.

Of course she will be released again and again, I think they let her out so she can go have a couple to drink to calm her down since she is probably going to withdrawals at this time.
