I just recived an HP EC680 analogue TV tuner which I bought off ebay. The Problem is it didnt come with a manual or any instructions. I tried looking for a maual online but have had no luck. I have bell exspressVu satellite and have tried hooking it up directly and through the box but windows media center still says theres no signal. Please any info is appreciated.

I have an ATI TV tuner card. It has it's own software. It doesn't use windows media.

No instructions are necessary so long as your OS supports it.... hopefully you have XP Media Center.
