I think its unfair with all the attention she is getting, especially "FREE PARIS" sh!t. She deserves to be there, thats it.

no way! justice could not have been served. come on.... she was in there for like 2 days. SOme change of spirit she's going to have. And that is the same reason that paris and all the other young celebrities are the way they are. they do sh!t and ppl let them get away. i dont believe that. No one else's emotional stability seems to matter when they are back there.. so y should paris crying make a difference.

all publicity is good publicity.
then again, it might hurt her in the end, martha stewart never really got back to where she was after she went to jail, but she wasn't really on top at that point anyway. too many people to share the stage with.
then again, martha stewart was seen as perfect, and that tarnished her a bit, where as paris hilton is seen as an ahole and that just reinforces it. so it could have no effect at all.

I would hope that the only thing that Paris gains from jail is the ability to second guess herself when she is drunk, and trying to get into the driving seat of a car.

I think what she did was wrong. But she was raised that way. To party and not care! That's ok. She made a mistake, we all do. After all, she's only human!

she does not need the money. do you know that she has the gall to say that she would not stay in her daddy's hotel's, because they are not 5 star hotel's. she is where she need's to be.
