I don't understand her. She said she was ready to get what she deserved, but having to be dragged out of the court room kicking and screaming, was very unprofesional. Just because she is a beautiful wealthy girl doesn't mean she should take advantage of herself. The law is being very unfair. She should get what she deserve, and end the mess that she created. She should suck it up. I am 14, and a wealthy beautiful girl. I work, I don't kick and scream when I don't get my way, or when I get what I deserve. Paris could learn something. I am a 14 year old, and I know how to handle matters better than her. Hmph. Even though I DO NOT respect her, I hope her best, and I HOPE and PRAY shs knows how to act under these circumstances.

I am not surprised by the poor behavior of Ms. Hilton. I am very disappointed in the actions of the Sheriff in charge. He is obviously bending over backwards to accommodate the Hilton family.

I just saw footage of Nicole Hilton as she was arriving to visit her sister in Jail. She just walked around the long line of people waiting to visit inmates. She just signed in and was admitted to the angry astonishment of all those in line.

There is no Royalty in America. California had better get it's act together and find out why this Sheriff Baca has nothing better to do than the Hilton family's bidding. It is very unseemly.

I hope for all of you that you can drag yourself away from this garbage and maybe broaden your horizons and pay attention to other immensely more important issues around the world. Approximately 800 children died in Darfur today, and did you see anything on the news about that? Paris Hilton is trash--who gives a sh*t if she is in jail or not when we can’t even stop genocide.

I think you are missing the point of this. She drove under the influence which could have "possibly" killed someone. Let's say that one of your loved ones was killed while Paris was under the influence. Would you say that it was only an accident and she is being treated unfairly because she is a celebrity?

The whole point is that she endangered not only her life, but the people around her and DUI is a serious offense and shouldn't be taken likely.

She's being "harshly" punished for not only breaking laws, but violating her original orders. If she'd worked with the courts instead of defying them, then going around them without the judge knowing, then she wouldn't be in jail. Anyone who supports freeparis.org obviously plays favortism towards celebrities like her and promote the idea that not all should have to follow the laws.

I absolutely agree with your opinion. I hate her actions, and I would even go so far to say that her actions disgust me, but I do not hate her, as a person. I am unable to judge her, as I am not a friend of hers.
