Do you think Paris Hilton deserves to go to jail?

Paris Hilton deserves to be in jail. If she wasn't a sllllut and a celebrity, nobody would care about her being in jail or not.
"It's not fair! free paris!" please tell me I am not the only one who thinks that she should be in jail? It is fair!!

Paris Hilton brought this all upon herself.

Her original sentence was probation, but she decided to ignore the courts and violated her probation not once, but twice - That is why she was given jail time. Not only did she fail to show any remorse for her DUI, but she showed a disregard for the law and the courts. I truly believe she thought her fame and money would get her out of this.

This is a girl whose parents have never held her accountable for the wrongs she has done, parents who have paid and bribed her way out of trouble in the past - Now for the first time in her life, she is forced to face the consequences for her actions.

Yes, jail time will be hard on her, but she should have realized that before breaking the law and violating her probation.

I've never been to jail before and I have lung problems would I be let off the hook if I decided to drink and drive and then drive again with a suspended licence after I was let go? Paris Hilton made a mistake and they let her off because of her money. Then the smartass f u c k s up again so yea she deserves jail. Besides she needs to be toughened up a bit them girls in jail will help her. Think of it not as punishment but as therapy.

I think that regardless of the transgressor (is that<<<< even a word?) or criminal, anyone who Drives Under the Influence, deserves to be in jail. Whether or not the person in question is Paris Hilton means nothing to me.

Yes! She did the crime and should do the time. She should not get preferential treatment because of her parents' wealth. Her parents also need to be in jail for not raising her. She's a selfish-she was planning a house party tonight!, immature, spoiled and a tramp! Jail Paris!

Oh ya she definitely deserved to go to jail. I also hope we'll be seeing Lindsy Lohan and Nicole Richie there soon too. I'm so sick of seeing celebs get away with so much it's either no time or little consequences for them. So much for us no bodies it's only our duty to bow down to the rich powerful and famous. It's their country. They all seem to forget how they got to where they are, most of them anyway. We buy the tickets to there movies their C.D.s, D.V.D.s their books and theres so many other ways. We put that money in their pockets. I think it's about time they start behaving and receiving punishment like the rest of us.

Hell yeah, she drove under the influence and drove on a suspended liscense (she said that she didn't know that a suspended liscense meant she couldn't drive.....are you kidding me??? Her stupidity blows my mind everyday...). She deserves every minute of her jail term, good luck being in the big house with big berta.

She is exactly where she needs to be. She's a whiny spoiled ugly brat. Maybe she'll have some sense knocked into her while she's in jail. One can only hope though.
