Paypal is a company that is owned by Ebay. What you need to do is you sign up at Paypal.com.

On the paypal website you setup an account by entering your bank account information for them to deposit your money into if you are a seller or withdraw the money from if you are the buyer. After this account is set up all the person will need is your email address to use as a screename on the paypal site to send you your money. The only drawback is that paypal does charge the seller a fee for their services, but I am not sure how much it costs.

I use Paypal a lot and I have never had any problems with them. If you cannot set up an account just get the buyer to send a money order or cashiers check to your address, then after you get it ship the zune to their address.

I'm going to try to make this as simple as possible, but let me know if you still don't understand or need further assistance.

Since the auction has already ended, one of two things is going to happen that is dependent upon how you FIRST created your listing:

1) If you entered in your email address in the Payment Methods You Accept area (regardless if you already registered for a Paypal account or not) on the Sell: Create Your Listing page, then the buyer will most likely attempt to make a payment to that email address thru Paypal (Paypal's login username is your email address). In that case, Paypal will send you an email to inform you that you received a payment, and then all you have to do is register with Paypal. BUT the only way you'll have access to that money without entering bank account info or a credit card is to turn around and buy something on ebay using that Paypal account. When Paypal sends you an email confirming that the buyer sent payment, then ship the zune at the Post Office.

ON A SOUR NOTE: You could try to cancel the payment and email the buyer that you would prefer a money order, but you risk pissing off the buyer when you entered in your email address as a payment method when you didn't have a Paypal account and don't understand how it works.

2) If you did NOT enter in your email address in the Payment Methods You Accept area, then the buyer will be forced to mail payment to you. In which case, all you need to do is wait for them to send you a money order or certified check (it's not good business sense to accept a personal check), then ship the item. Contact the buyer within 2-3 days after the auction end date ONLY if they haven't already contacted you to let you know how they plan to pay for the item. Then give it about a week to receive payment. Once you get it, send a courtesy email to the buyer to let them know you got it and when you will be shipping the zune.

In any case, do NOT ship the item until you receive legitimate payment.

opening a Pay pal account is no big deal. Just type in Pay Pal on your search engine and they will walk you through it. The verification process is kind of a pain but as long as you have a bank account and or a credit card its bearable. However; you don't have to have a pay pal acct. The buyers should contact you within 24 hours and once you have his email you can request payment in any form that you like. The Cashiers check or a postal money order should be your best bet and make sure that you include your shipping charges and ask if he wants insurance. Its easy. Have fun.

Email the buyer and ask for a money order.

Or, go to www.paypal.copm and sign up for an account (this is how buyer can pay you with a credit card, it costs the seller money, but it's worth it)

Good luck
