If those represent the 3 sides, add them together.
3/4x = 3x/4x^2

3x/4x^2 + 1/x^2 + 5/x^2 =
3x/4x^2 + 6/x^2=
3x/4x^2 + 24/4x^2 =

(3x + 24) / 4x^2

I do not see any triangle. All I see is 3/4x + 1/x^2 + 5/x^2.
If those reresent the three sides, then the perimeter is:
3x/4x^2 + 4/4x^2 + 20/4x^2 = (3x+24)/4x^2

Perimeter = length of side A + length of side B + length of side C (etc.) As I cannot see the triangle you are referring to I cannot tell if the formula you have written is correct or not
