Gettin' too clingy will send him running for the hills, honey.
You have to trust him and back off a little.
You seem a little obsessive, so my suggestion is to get with some girlfriends that you had before you got with this guy and hang out with them. You need to remind yourself that you are a separate human being from this person, and get a life of your own.
Guys act like they don't like girls who have a lot of friends, but they'd rather have that than a gal who won't leave them alone for a day.
Trust me - I was like that in high school and it turned out terrible!
Get your life back sister! It'll be okay!

After two years you still do not deep inside believe that he loves you, you are insecure with this. Please do not be because the tighter you put a hold on him, the more you choke his freedom, and add pressure to him in wanting to keep you happy yet having to leave for work etc. the bigger chance you have of driving him away. To be in love above all involves trust in a relationship and what appears here is you are worried about losing him which denotes a lack of trust. Speak with your man about these fears, and more importantly believe and trust in his answers

You are ready for the next commitment whether it's living together or getting married. I think would be normal after two years of the dating scene. You saying never mind , is like when you really want something and can't get it and I and most people will say" Oh never mind I didn't really want it anyway"......but to be honest we really did want it.

Sounds to me like it 's over from your point of view, but like a baby that doesn't want to give up it's pacifier, you're reluctant to totally let him go.
