I'm not male, but in reading your previous question, I do believe he has fallen for you. If he hasn't, he wouldn't have been so persistent on wanting you to be with him.
If the feelings are not mutual, then you shouldn't toy with his feelings. But if they are, that's wonderful!
**Sorry for the typo on saying that you should toy with his feelings....It is fixed now and you SHOULD NOT toy with his feelings.
