Need help on simplifying these expressions?

2x^2+11x-6/x+6

x^3+9x^2+14x/x^2-4

1) ( 2x^2 + 12x -x -6)/( x+ 6)
= (2x( x +6)-1(x+6))/(x+6)
= (2x-1)(x+6)/(x+6)
= 2x-1

2) x(x^2 + 9x + 14)/((x+2)(x-2))
= x(x^2 + 7x + 2x + 14)/((x+2)(x-2))
= x(x(x + 7) + 2(x + 7))/((x+2)(x-2))
= x(x+2)(x+7)/((x+2)(x-2))
= x(x+7)/(x-2)

1. 2x^3+17x^2+6x-6

2. either x^5+9x^3-4x^2+14x
or x(x^4+9x^3-4x+14)

I guess this is it.

(2x-1)(x+6) / x+6

2x-1

x(x^2+9x+14)/ (x-2)(x+2)
x(x+2)(x+7)(x-2)(x+2)
x(x+7)(X-2)
