Eyesight or no eyesight this person is still the same in his attitude, charisma and personality. I would still date this person and only time would tell if it were meant to be.

I would continue the relationship and see where it went. He is still the person I wanted to date after all, there must be something interesting about him. Blindness has many degrees and blind bigotry is the worst.

Absolutely not. There is a difference in actual blindness and legally blind. But the answer would be no either way.

It depends on the type of person you are ; are you someone who is shallow and deeply embarrassed by your partners faults or do you love this man and because of this love are you willing to accept his problems?
As for me I would never abandon someone because of that. Love is a special thing and if some considers leaving their partner because of it ; it would lead me to question did they ever love them at all.

it depends...if i thought he was having the relationship because he wanted someone to take care of him i would leave...if i was truly in love with him i would live with it...it all depends on where the relationship is and the pressure being used to stay

It could. If you don't want to be a seeing eye dog and don't have a serious relationship already.
