No planet with life has been found. There was a planet found orbiting another star that is in the "habitable zone". That does not mean there is life though, only that the temperature is right, where right is just warmer than ice and cooler than boiling water.

They have identified an Earth-like planet 20 light years away in orbit around the red dwarf star Gliese 581 within the habitable zone, but that is far too far away to detect "life elements" with our technology, but it is currently the most promising extrasolar planet for life known to us so far.

There are no known planets beyond Pluto's orbit in our own solar system that harbour "life elements". Or indeed, any planets, in the strictest and definite sense of the word.

It's not just beyond Pluto, it's around a different star. There wasn't a good name, just numbers. And we're not sure it has life, it just has the possibility of having life like our planet - but we haven't detected life markers from it because it's too far away to see.

Not sure if any life supporting elements were found and it would be darn cold!
