They have access alright but they feel guilty when they feel tempted to ignore the big "no no" from their doctors ! So it boils down to ....cheesecakes once in a bluemoon.

well, hell yes...just about the point in life that you have to watch every damned calory you eat, you can afford cheesecake anytime you want it...one of life's jokes, I suppose.
