I HAVE NOTHING AGAINST PARIS. BUT SHE COMMITTED A CRIME. SHE WAS GIVEN A CHANCE AND SHE BLEW IT SO SHE DESERVES TO BE IN JAIL. WHY SHOULDN'T SHE? MAYBE IT WILL SLOW HER DOWN AND NOW SHE WILL THINK BEFORE SHE ACTS. IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE. SO I THINK SHE'S LUCKY.

Paris deserves to be in jail. she broke the law and just because she is famous doesnt give her the right to be excused or let off the hook. She needs to learn from her mistakes and if she keeps on getting the easy way out then she will never learn what being a responsible adult is. I am sorry, but she may be a nice person ,but she certainly doesnt know how to use common sense. Keep her in jail.

So what is your reasoning that she shouldn't serve jail time for breaking the law?? Every single person in jail is a human being and I don't know any of them personally, so lets just let 'em all out. If you break the law, which she did 3 times (DUI and driving on a suspended license twice) you need to be punished. Maybe you should show some respect for the countries judicial system.

I agree on the part that she's just a human who commits crime or mistakes or whatever. And I do believe that she is not that Brat or bad. But what about other people who was sentenced just like her case, they spent their time on jail don't you think it was unfair to other people with the same sentenced and they have to spent their time on jail just because they are not famous or beautiful or daughter or an hotel earist. And I think she needs to learn her lesson. Well I guess staying on jail for a bout a month should be reasonable, and only two of them shares in one cell considering the fact that in other country 15 to 25 people share in one cell. (it's true)

Hell know. Are you kidding?

Listen, I know people who'v died because they've been hit by people drunk driving. Paris was caught drunk driving, which was how her liscence got suspended in the first place. What gives her anymore right to risk people's lives than any other person? She's gotta learn the hard way. If you can't do the time don't do the crime.

No one NEEDS to know her personally. She committed a crime that endangered people, and the fact that she thinks it's okay to do that shows just what kind of a **** she is.

I don't have to know her personally to know that she violated probation like 3 times and anyone else who did that would be in jail and not get out because of a so-called medical condition. Yes, she is a human being, which makes her EQUAL to everyone else not above everyone else.

If this were Jane Doe who lives across town...would you still have the same opinion?
She should have to endure whatever punishment any average joe would have to face...celebrities need to realize they can't get away with crap just because of their name. If they had let her stay at home...they'd have to let EVERYONE who was in jail for the same crime out as well...it would have been the only fair thing to do.
Justice was served....maybe she'll think twice before acting a fool again.

I'm not. She broke the law on various levels and needs to pay her time like everyone else.

She:

*drove drunk

*drove with a suspended license

*didn't go to traffic school

*snuck around the judge's back

*drove 70mph in a 35mph zone

If she'd obeyed the first time, she wouldn't be in jail.

yes Paris is a human being and so is everyone else that goes to jail. if you do the crime than you should do the time. no special treatment. if you got locked up i doubt Paris would try to get you freed.
