You've seen it. At the mall or at the movies.

Like while you're watching the movies, you hear a black person giving play-play commentary:
"Damn n!gga, don't let that muthaf*cka go inside that house! Oh dayyyummm -- you alright n!gga, you alright, just brush that dirt off yo shouldas!!! Ain't no thang but a chicken wang! AHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA no he didn't!!!"

Or answering the cellphone in the theaters:

"*Ring* (top 20 hiphop ringtone)
Yeah, whattup?
Naw, we at the movies.
Yeah.
Just me, Tyrone, Dayshawn and them.
Aiight.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah n!gga.
Aiight.
Uh-huh.
Coo.
Yeah we gon' be there.
No doubt.
Aiight coo.
Peace. Late."

And that may go on for a good 5 minutes.

At my college certain blacks sit in a section of campus and just get loud and sometimes make fun of people's clothes as they walk by.

Why do you tend to see black people act loud and rude in public?
And yes, I know any race can act ignorant, but it seems to be more pronounced with
blac

if you have noticed and had not been so sheltered all your life you may notice that all people act stupid. black people are not always loud and rude. i know some very soft spoken blacks and some very rude white people. by the way i am a white female married to a black man with four children. have you ever tried to get to know anyone of a different race or are you always judgmental. you must not know the old saying "never judge a book by it's cover". why are you so scared of blacks!! boy i tell ya it's people like you that piss me off what do you think is wrong with the world today?? boy i wonder!!!

Quit generalizing a whole race of people based on 5 people. Not all black people are rude and loud and not all white people are quiet and perfectly polite. I'm black, introverted, and goth. You need to get real and quit acting like your the perfect person. People like you are so irritating. And some black people who are loud and generally just enjoying themselves, which is something you should be doing instead of letting everything go to your head. The rude and loud ones are generally just ignorant. Just keep walking and ignore it.

This individual is apparently just as tortured by general rude, loud, voice that must African Americans use in public. It's not a race issue in my opinion and as far as I've read, not in his either. Someone posted they don't "have time" to notice......... Well, if you do not have time to notice someone screaming at the person standing within arms length of them, so that you cannot hear your friend or family member speak at all, then you are probably one of the individuals in which we are speaking of. This behavior gives me a headache. Literally. The only thing I can hope for is these people talk like this all the time and by the time there generation is in there early 50's there all deaf from such behavior impairing them from being able to attend such events. Sincerely,,, "I noticed too".

You will be hit big time over this question am sure, but yes it has been seen often in public. But go to tail gate parties before football games and see the noise level of whites getting loud etc or them talking on their cell phones in restaurants, in our office (a doctors office) in the malls, etc. Its not a race issue but lack of respect for others around and forgetting where they are. I am white btw, but I think a lot of the younger groups just forget when a group gathers and each trying to out talk the others. And yes also on the educated blacks being embarrassed over these actions as well....have seen their reactions to it myself firsthand. As we, the whites are also embarrassed by our own when we see ours doing the same.

It is kind of like the Velociraptors in Jurassic Park. They didn't have any parents so they didn't know how to act so they just ran around ripping everything up.

If any of you don't believe it's about race, I suggest you search "African-American loud in public" on this forum, and you'll see how many people ask similar questions about black youth.

I stopped going to the movie theaters in my neighborhood b/c it's nearly impossible to watch a movie without having black teenagers yelling or talking during a movie (and yes, they're ALWAYS black). It's impossible to sit through a movie without black teenagers cursing or yelling obscenities, or giving you a play by play on what's going on on the screen. Even if you ask them to keep it down, they simply ignore you, and act as though they're sitting in their living room.

I blame their parents for their behavior, and knowing that majority of black children are born into single parent situation, it's not a huge surprise to me.

I don't act like that and it's not right to label all Black people because of the actions of some. Black American culture is generally more aggressive then other cultures but we are individuals each person has his/her own personality.

You are choosing to notice it more because you obviously dislike black people for some reason. I notice loud people too, but that is because they are loud, not because they are black.

Talking on cell phones at the movies is extremely rude but people of all races need a lesson on cell phone etiquette. I work in a building with no black people and I see white and Hispanic men and women (those are the predominant people in this building) take their cell phones into the f-ing bathroom...my point is not just black people are rude. You just seem to have something against them...you should find out why that is.

I am black but i am not like that at all. I seriously hate that and it makes me and other black people look bad. I am so against being so loud in public. I am not like that at all. I was brought up with morals and respect for others by strict parents. I was born in Europe and brought up in Europe and i don't use that language.

It saddens me that you pathetically single out blacks and address it to them. Keep your racist views to yourself hun.

I admit, that a majority of black people tend to act that way. I choose to pay attention to the ones that are educated and act that way. There are plenty of them. There are also a lot of white trash people who act the very way you just described. Maybe you live in a poor area that has a lot of black people more than others and that is why you notice that.
