That everything has to be FAR left or FAR right. Most people fall in the middle somewhere.
We need to stop dividing the country. We are all Americans, and need to find a happy median.

What really burns me about Politics and the Judicial System is that sometimes the Judicial System is blind. Like for example, when Michael Jackson was let off scott free, after everyone knew he molested that one kid. The kid testified and was breaking down crying!!! Come on.. and NOT GUILTY?!

Politics on the other hand is getting stressful, Republicans are destroying this country, and making us miserable. And that goes double for veterans. Some veterans aren't getting thier checks! Sometimes as long as for 2 years from the Veteran's Administration...2 years!! And Pres. Bush is establishing a commision(this will be the 50th commision to deal with this crap) to STUDY why this is happening, and uh.. I can tell you WHY this is happening... It doesn't take a commision to tell people why this is happening! It's simply because...THEY'RE NOT MAILING THE CHECKS!

Democrats, well they want to keep same-sex marriage, and 86% of the Pop are Cristian, and a good percentage of those christians want to ban same-sex marriage (like me.) So Reps and Dems both have their downsides.

The lies and greed. The lies are what we belive about politicians and its the greed that keeps them coming back. What pisses me off more about people is that when someone tells me that "I have to vote." First of all, the only thing that I have to do is wake up one day and dye the next, whenever that day is. I am an American and will die for my country anyday, but if I cant stand the pricks we call Presidents and the bullshit Judges in the Judicial system that thinks its more appropiate to take religion out of schools because of politics then to freiken grow a pair, then I dont need to vote. If anybody is reading this and thinks Im a jerk for not voting, then take the rod out of yourbackside and grow a pair to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Too many arbtrary, transient, and often ill conceived and misapplied rules being passed off as laws and victimizing defenders, whose lives are dwarfed by even transient rules and the time and effort it takes to overcome the injustices caused by enforcers eagerly "doing their job".
Lawmakers should be stewards of universal laws that are supported by near unanimity and common knowledge, not legacy seekers attempting to accumulate a collection of sometimes little known majority legislative credits to embellish their resumes with at the expense of the unsuspecting common man.
For example, I believe a primary rationalization for consuming the financial equivalent of a new World Trade Center every month in Iraq and destroying countless lives and property in the process was some early '90's UN legislation providing a technically legal basis for it, allowing the administration & Congress to act like legitimized vigilantes in the relative heat of the moment.
To me that is the international equivalent of using a box cutter to take out the World Trade center, and has destroyed a similar proportion of innocent lives and property magnified many times.
How many World Trade Centers, er I mean months, will the Iraq war take to become the war that ends terrorism, ends unfriendly (or third world) weapons of mass destruction, and/or ends the rule of bad people?
Perhaps a more appropriate question is how many months will the Iraq war take to politically outlive all the powers that be who authorized it, allowing them to continue to rationalize the war by enforcing a rule written on a piece of paper by someone without the forsight to see what it has allowed to occur.
Rules have no I.Q. and do not account for events, circumstances, and options that present themselves after they are written and perceived as obligations by those who have the authority and desire to enforce them, wisely or foolishly.
How many fewer would have perished and how much less would have been destroyed had Iraq never suffered sanctions after the Gulf war and instead been allowed to evolve the economic interests, social engagement, and international acceptance that would very likely have emboldened it's citizens to naturally govern themselves free of tyranny.
How much less would the financial markets have declined between the "axis of evil" speech of early 2002 and the triple bottoms of July 2002, October 2002, & March 2003 prior to the "buy the war" exuberance when "shock and awe" was all the rage had there been no drumbeat of war adding to the insecurity of investors.
And how many devastated & frighted investors who had faithfully held on for years without selling even during the 9/11 dip ended up enriching bottom feeding insiders & war profiteers when the drumbeat of war raised their doubts, violated their common sense, and caused them so sell during those three market bottoms? In hindsight, the drumbeat of war may seem like a means to a few great buy opportunities for the insiders, vigilante minded, volativity traders, & war profiteers.
How much less would the dollar have plunged since the "axis of evil speech" had the U.S not squandered the post 9/11 international good will and assumed the social & economic cost of being a kingpin military invader and poorly prepared occupier?
Finally, and perhaps most importantly, how much good could have been done had lives and resources been directed towards obvious national interests such as infrastructure (which includes internal security), environmental and other popular non-violent international objectives, instead of rationalized national interests?
I think the arts, athletic competitions, commerce, the media and democracy's lead by example had more to do with bringing down the Iron Curtain than any economically destructive arms race ever did, and no invasion was required (other than perhaps by the artists, athletes, musicians, and the media).

On the political side: All the bickering.
On the judicial side: When they try to write laws.

the fact that people who are known as "celebrities" can get off scot-free, even though they commit a serious offence. either that or the fact that many of our laws seem to be so outdated. it doesnt help that most of the police officers spend sundays sitting at the bottom of a hill trying to catch sunday drivers who happen to be going 5 miles over the speed limit, when they could be, hmm, i dunno, maybe stopping crime.
