Hubby and I watched it. Actually, we stepped out the front door and could see it from our house - not the actual lift-off from the launch pad, but we could see it once it got up in the sky. Awesome.

I haven't seen it but i imagine it was awesome. Sadly enough Paris Hilton's situation got compared with that 'happening at the same time'. It's ridiculous. Give the space shuttle launch a chance to happen without a lawbreaker being shown on the left hand side of the split screen.
