I am bigger now than I was when I was pregnant. I've tried Curves, YMCA, and even walking but nothing seems to help. I am 5'11 and 200 lbs. I was 147 pre-pregnancy. Any and all advice is welcome.

Carrying a child really stresses a woman's body. Between weight, organs being squeezed, hormones, and nutritional needs, it's tough to carry a child.

Every person/woman deals with body fat differently. If you are predisposed to carry fat in your belly region rather than evenly distributed or elsewhere, then you may have to live with it though not in great amounts. I encourage you to continue in a healthy diet and exercises. It is easy to be discouraged. Please do not be discouraged. Be satisfied with knowing that you are honestly doing the best that you can and are healthy. That is more important than the appearance of a belly. Keep up the good work. Try to not become discouraged. It's a life-long process. You don't get to stop when you reach a goal. You get to live it.
