What's t best possible way to stick together 2 big surfaces of plexiglas?

It's about an artwork I am doing! I need a glue or something to stick these 2 pieces of plexiglas 2gether, and it must be something really strong. Thanx!

Put them together and drill holes in all four corners, thru both thicknesses. Fasten with a screw and nut in each corner.
