I think she deserves to get scissored to death in jail maybe a broom stick in the anus, I can't stand her, she thinks is so great, she has the most disgusting looking face I have ever seen, I think she needs get shocked in a mental home!

She deserves to get treated like she does. She isn't getting abused at all. The judges and people ruling against her are doing the right thing; they are trying to get her the punishment she deserves while trying to avoid the "I'm a celebrity, I don't deserve punishment" crap people like Paris throw all over the place. People every day serve their time for doing what Paris did, she isn't exempt from it because she is rich or famous. If we were to let her out, then EVERY SINGLE PERSON doing time for what she is doing should be let out instantly. It's perfectly fair. Putting her on house arrest won't do anything to her, she has a monstrous house with a pool, phones, computers, food she can make all by herself, etc. That would just be like a 45-day vacation.
Quit acting like you're a hero standing up for her, you aren't. She did a crime, and deserves to serve time for it. I really doubt that her "medical condition" (Besides anorexia) was so bad that she had to leave prison and go home for the remainder of her time for. If she had a "medical condition," they should have just treated it and threw her back in her place. Do you really think she would have just stayed home sick in her bed when she would be on house arrest? No! She would throw parties, swim, talk to people. You know she would, don't act like it's not true.
And she isn't getting harsher treatment than others. I guarantee that others have gotten worse than she has.

I'm not going to even go into my personal opinion of Paris Hilton.....I will say that she broke the law. She broke, what in my opinion is a very important law (I am strongly against driving under the influence of anything....) and she should not be allowed to serve out her jail time in a 4 bedroom 3 bath luxurious mansion with a pool and God knows what else....thats not punishment....thats a dream vacation for some of us poor slobs.....
She needs to suck it up, serve her 45 days, stop acting like she didn't deserve that sentence and learn something valuable from this experience.

i thought it really funny myself that she went to prison!! I think it is stupid that she was only in the there for like 2 days b/c of a medical reason. i mean the the hell? She was like crying the whole time she was in there too. Now she is at her big home for 40 days. She should still be in jail not in her big mansion.

i think she should do her time behind bars like anyone else would just b/c shes an heiress, a not good singer, and a bad actor doesnt mean she should do 40 days on house arrest thats like heaven she should do her 40 days in JAIL like in the being of her sentence

It served her right being back to her prison. She thinks she got away by being "unstable". It suppose to do that. If she needs medical help don't they have one there? Just because she is rich and celebrity doesn't mean that she is above the law.

I think its great. Her shrink said she was having a melt down or some thing and said she should go home. Im so glad justice is serverd. I dont know y but seeing her cry makes me happy.

serves her right..she walks around like the law doesnt apply to her...hopefully her stint in jail will be a view into the future for all the other celeb female like her and these girls will learn how to straighten up

im so happy shes back in! ha. the judge said she had psycological problems so he put her in a jail for mentally ill!!!! she deserves it!
