Both Karina and Kyra are pretty names.
Karina is really beautiful, in a exotic, pretty way. It can be shortened to "Karrie" or "Reeny" which are really adorable. Karina doesn't work so well with Lisa, because they both end in a "a" sound. But Karina Elise works well.
Kyra is a pretty little name. It would probably be shortened to "Ky" or "Kyrie" which i don't think are that nice. Once again, it doesn't work so well with Lisa because they both end in a "a" sound. But Kyra Elise works well.
Lisa is a nice enough name, but quite common, as well. So probably doesn't match more unusual, pretty names like Karina or Kyra, i personally don't think it works well because of the double up of ending "a" sounds.
Elise is such a sweet name. Its very similar to Lisa, also. Its pretty and feminine and works well as a middle name. I think it suits both Karina and Kyra.
I'd probably go for Karina, because they're both unusual, pretty names, but Karina just sounds that little more delightful, and it shortens alot nicer. So i'd go for: Karina Elise.
