They will be fine together, I kept a community tank of anoles and green trees for years. They share part of the same native range in the wild and have similar husbandry requirements in captivity. They don't bother each other at all. The anoles are active during the day while the frogs sleep and vice versa so there is always activity to observe in the tank.

It is never a good idea to house different species together like that. Green Anoles are solitary reptiles they don't need company and prefer to be without. You should house them seperately instead of risking it. Im not sure if they would hurt eachother. But I think they have different requirements such as heat and humidity (although I don't know very much at all about frogs) Keep them in different tanks that way you know for sure they will be happy. One Anole will only need a ten gallon enclosure which doesn't cost much. So keep them apart and don't risk a fight. Good Luck.

If you keep them properly they should do GREAT together!
Please research their housing and feeding needs.
