after my appointment with the midwifes recently they check see if the babys head is engaged down there is it normal 2 feel alot of pressure which is sore for the rest of the day? i have had lower joint problems recently with my hips which is soon 2 gettin dealt with but mainly is that normal 2 feel that much pain his head is not fullly locked yet he can still move freely and i am nearly 30weeks

Yes, perfectly normal even if his head is not engaged your sac of water is pushing down on your pelvis, and I am sorry to say that when the head goes down it sometimes gets worse.

With you being as far along in your pregnancy as you are there should be a lot of pressure. And with pressure comes pain, so I'd say your fine. Them checking you can cause false labor as well. So if your pain is off and on then that's probably what is happening. I never had any pain or discomfort during my pregnancy and I'm not an expert or anything. But i do know that it is very normal to have a lot of pressure when your baby starts to drop, or has dropped.

well i had pains in pelvis when i was pregnant. i went to the E.R. and the doctors found a blood clot in my left groin. i really think u should see a doctor just be safe. blood clots are really serious, they can travel to your heart, lungs, or brain, and kill u.

get off the computer.take some rest.at 30 weeks you need rest because you wont get any sleep afte the babys born.goood luck. = ]

What the midwives did was pressed on or squeezed your pelvis. Therefore it will be sore.
