Sorry, but a nervous breakdown? Get real! Do you think if I, an average person, had gone to jail and had a nervous breakdown, they would send me home? Damn! The military doesn't do that either if you can't hack basic. Send her scrawny spoiled rear end to the mental ward and be done with it. Just because she is a celebrity is absolutely NO reason why she should get to be above the law. Look at what this says to girls who look to her for a role model. Go out, get rich, and you can do anything your little heart desires with no consequences whatsoever. I think she should have received a harsher sentence, like an average citizen of the United States and thereby governed by the laws of this country.

It is a mental condition. She was not getting her meds. They have not named the mental condition besides not being able to cope with everyday life.

First, I heard that it was a rash then its suppose to be mental. A psychiatrist came in and recommended her to leave. It was a crock of bull the only mental thing I can think of is mental retardation and they knew that before she went in. Everyone knows that she is stupid as h3ll no secret there.
