I thought it pathetic that this sheriff let her return to her home instead of staying in jail. Really she lives in a mansion
maybe if her home was a box in the middle of no where. I do not think anyone would mind being on house arrest in a mansion like Paris lives in. I give this judge a big hand and and well a job well done!. If this was like someone other then
a celebrity they would have there licence taken away for life and would spend all the time behind bars she has already broken the law why give her any more breaks..

A point had to be proven - that our justice system is fair. To let her out was NOT fair. Why should she recieve special treatment cause of celebrity status and mommy and daddy's money??!! If it was anybody else there would be no big deal. Evidence proves that she STILL doesn't get it, when the judge ordered her back , she screamed "It's not right!" Ohh wellllllllll..........

its not right though that they threw her back into jail. she had a nervous break down and that is the reason why the sheriff took her home. any other prisoner would be allowed to return home or to a doctor and not serve the jail time. but the judge is being unfair by sending her back to jail. its not right and if anything that stupid judge who is being unfair and not treating everyone the same, should have sent her to a doctor or somewhere to get her help!

I am so happy when I heard the news I cheered. What kind of punishment would it have been to stay in a multi-million dollar mansion anyway. That made me sick. Now that shes back in jail I feel better.

Count me in on the happy she is back in jail. Any normal person would not have been let out of jail but she is special??
I think she deserved more punishment, like take away her driving privileges forever. I don't want her out there on the streets to kill me driving.

Got that right. Sheriff Baca should have been thrown in jail also for contempt.

I think she should be punished just like everyone else, the time should fit the crime.
However if others do get out because of time served and/or space available...she should get the same treatment it goes both ways.
