I've been using these tests for a few days now and the result line comes out very faint, which I know is a negative result, since the directions say the result line needs to be the color of the control line or darker to be positive. Well today the result line came out just a little bit lighter than the control line, not even one shade lighter, which is much darker than the faint lines I usually get. Does this mean that I'm about to have the LH surger, or would you count this as a positive result? Thank you.

It means you are about to have your surge. Tomorrow the line should be the same color, or at least the shade it is today. Keep testing until those lines match up, you're getting close.
Also, I hope you've been having sex this week...if not, start tonight and keep going until a few days after you've gotten a positive reading.

This is exactly why I hate the over the counter predictor kits. Too hard to interpret. Personally, I would say it's still negative and then I would get one of those clear blue digital ones or, if you've been TTC for a while, splurge and get a Clear Plan Easy Fertility Monitor. Those are fool proof. Good luck!!

when my test are postive its very clear i have had sometimes the two lines are the same shade of dark which is postive and i have had the test line much darker with control line much lighter when im unsure i go ahead and have intercourse just in case and you can always test again tommorow and maybe see something that says yes its time to you! =)just to be safe if it makes you feel better go ahead and try you wouldnt want to miss it.good luck to you.

i would say that you are about to have your LH surge in a couple days. Keep having sex, but only every other day. This will keep the quality and amount of your man's sperm higher

that's useful. in the event that they're the same colour or the try line is darker than the reference line then that's a terrific regardless if one is thinner than the different. It means you should ovulate interior the subsequent 12-36 hours. suited desires!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would do it all the days you think your ovulating, your still fertile right before and a day or two after.
