You’ve stood by me
Through all these years
The ups and downs
The smiles, the tears.

You believed in me
When my belief had gone
You showed me reasons
To carry on.

Oooh! So often
Our opinions clashed
From curfews to cars
To groundings, to cash.

But if you two
Had not been demanding
Where I stand now
I may not be standing.

And with all that I am
And all that I’d one day be
To you, I give thanks
For believing in me.

I love you, Mom
I love you, Dad..

1. For a Friend

Goodbye, dear friend and graduate!
Our golden time is over now,
Our time of nothing more than time,
Days of simply being friends.
But I will always treasure how
Your love for me slipped into mine,
Embracing me where courage ends.

2. For parents

The parents of a graduate
Have much they should be proud of.
All ought to congratulate
Not our work, but their love.
Know that you have made me, me;
You shape my efforts still.
Only your sincerity
Underlies my will.

Good luck

i could advise "she walks in attractiveness" by potential of Lord Byron, yet with this poem do no longer forget some long stemmed purple roses and a locket or another token of your love. present the poem on previous parchment finding paper, and print the poem onto this employing a captivating and romantic font.
