Yes, but you have to be filled with the Holy Spirit in order for you to have the power to do it. We have to remember that it is God in us who gives strength , not we. We are nothing apart from Him. It is also adviseable , that a person first fasts and prays to get instructions from the Holy Spirit of how to do it.

I rebuke any evil spirits and bind your powers, in the name of Jesus Christ, I cast you out, back to the depths of hell from which you came, never to return again.
All of God's children have the power to rebuke and cast out demons, whether they chose to do so is another story.
Demons once cast out, must be replaced by good and Godly influences, otherwise 7 more will return in the ones place. That is very important, to be totally free of the demon.... God bless!

Yes, by praying to Jesus, the Holy Spirit and Holy Mary, the demon can be cast out. One has to be in the state of grace without mortal or venial sins just having gone to confession, and had Holy COmmunion.
Jesus, Mary, Joseph, I love you save, Soul.
St. Micheal the archangel casts satan and demons to hell.

If and only if you have the Holy Ghost flowing through your veins (you have to be saved and be free from any unconfessed sin), call the demon spirit out specifically by the type of damage it has done to the soul bound by it. In the Name of Jesus they tremble!

I just stared at him and concentrated on casting him out and he was cast out. And he stood before me and proclaimed to me : "I reckon I'm gonna call it a day mate, I've got a runny nose and the shits."

If they are gonna scream, "I rebuke you in Jesus' name!" Then...no. Had that happen a dozen times, all it did was make me giggle like the little school girl I act like I am. A lot of people have reported playing with certain people doing it, too. Hehehe.

Every member of man-kind is equipped will all the information they need to cast out demons... But all to many lack the faith and knowledge that will allow them to do so...... If you read your bible it is clearly written there about how evey member of man-kind can cast out demons and remain totally free of them.............................................................................
