there's nothing wrong with waiting until u get married to have sex for the first time but just to let u know some people get married then divorce so its like the person u marry might not be ur true love but i think u will find true love it seems that people who don't sin finds true love or may be this is just my view point. I should change it cause it sounds depressen.

I'm not a virgin and i thinks its probably easier this way cause I think a lot of guys wouldn't accept a girl not wanting to have sex untill she married,.but then again when a guy cares about u he probably will accept it but it will be hard to find a guy will stay with u long term i think. anyway best of luck to u and keep doing what makes u happy .

any virgin who is a virgin because of there belief's or values are happpy that way but may find it hard. for example a teenager boy may get made fun off. a girl who's a virgin might find it hard to find a guy who will accept her decision. people especially guys or just guys who are virgins because they cant get any are not happy with being a virgin.

I'm not a virgin and to me it's really not a big deal. Once that crystal was shattered life got a hell of a lot clearer.

Sure, you can do what I'm doing... Or can you? Can you ever be eighteen years old again, with your hand knotted in your first love's hair while the two of you make love like there will never be another chance? OK, I can't be eighteen again, but damn that was a good lay...

I was a virgin until I met my husband, and I am so happy that I waited. I love him so much and I wanted to share something that great with the one that I love. I never really put a lot of thought into being a virgin but I was happy to be one. I was proud to be one and I didnt feel ashamed or embarrased by telling anyone. I had respect for myself. I do not regret saving it for my husband, if anything I am more happy that I did save it for him.

You know that is the best thing in life is to save your self for the perfect person all those girls cant take it back once its gone its gone and believe me you will be very disappointed its not all cracked up to what it says to be anyways. Honestly i lost my virginity to a guy i was dating for 3 months and he pressured me and pressured me until i gave in and i hate myself for it i wish i waited for my husband whom I'm with now. Also you have to be so careful of STD's and AIDS its more unsafe then anything. Your doing the right thing girl you should be proud don't let them girls make you feel any different. I wish there were more girls like you.....your mother should be proud. :-) Keep it true girl Good luck!! P.S. For all the people who answered and said that guys wont like you screw them they are just little boys and only have sex on there minds.... a true man who loves you unconditionally will wait for you as long as it take if they care and love you as much as they say they do they will wait and that's a fact stuff like that doesn't just happen on movies one of my best friends had her husband wait until after they were married it does happen don't believe these little kids girl

I'm 18 and yes I am happy with it. I'm glad I don't have all that unecessary heartbreak that others go through and i have a clear head as well. I'm not saying I don't wish I could have sex sometimes It's more like I wish i was married so I could express my love in that way in a safe secure loving way. Most people who i know who have sex before marriage get confused about relationships.

I am not happy to be a virgin but I am not ashamed either!

I will not just go out and sleep with anyone to lose it.

I do not believe it is a treasure to be saved for marriage (although there is nothing wrong with those who do), I just believe it should be with someone you care about and is a special expression of those feelings.

that is a good quote. I was a virgin untill I was 18. I did not wait till marriage and the person was not even my bf. I dont regret it, and it wasnt a big deal to me. But that is just me. Its good you want to stick to your belief when it comes to that.
